Current Meal Themes

Beginning at Winter Camp II, we have had a theme for each meal at camp. The themes take several forms. Some, like Coastal Cuisine are based on the food consumed during the meal; others, like the Hot Potato Lunch, are based on the activity that will take place during the meal. Still others, like the Electric Lunch, revolve around the way the food should be cooked and the most bizarre group, like the Caveman Dinner, determine how the food will be eaten. Some themes combine several of these elements into one meal.

In the list below, we show meals we've held in the last 5 years in bold. Anything we've ever held will show a Last Held with a link to that year's history. If we have a more detailed description, that will show up too.

Legal Stuff:

You're free to hold any of these or link to this page, but please don't use them in a commercial publication. Someday, we dream that we'll do that ourselves; until then, this list is Copyright (C) 1997=2003, by the Winter Camp Future Society.
